Real Geeks CRM - Each agent has access to the Real Geeks database.  This simple and easy-to-use software helps generate more business because it’s the powerful back-end to our lead generation website.  Lead activity is tracked and available on-line and through their app, so you know when your leads are engaging in real-time. Convert more leads with text and email templates and drip campaigns that include phone, text, and email. Video emails allow you to add a more personal connection in your communications.

SISU - We also provide access to SISU which is a tool to simplify the tracking of sales metrics, provide critical analysis of those numbers, and gamify the entire real estate sales experience. SISU provides a central hub of real estate transactions and provides a powerful collaboration tool for REALTORS.

Youtube Training Library - The North Texas Top Team also hosts a training channel on YouTube for agents to utilize. Zipforms - All agents are provided with an augmented version of Zipforms.  Our brokerage provided Zipforms makes real estate transactions simpler. We have easy to use templates for all contract documents for various transaction types as well as built-in checklists to help keep our agents and transaction coordinators on top of their clients transactions.  This also helps agents complete their compliance quickly and easily - helping to get commissions faster.
