Client Events - Best Home Realty hosts a client appreciation events every quarter to celebrate our clients and help our agents build referral relationships. As a team member of Best Home, this includes your clients as well! The staff does all of the work behind the scene, so the agents just invite their clients and attend.
Giving Back: Building Strong Communities - All of our Client Events benefit an organization in our community such as: Collin County Children’s Advocacy Center, Genesis Women’s Shelter, Operation Kindness, Habitat for Humanity, Feed Lake Highlands, Minnie’s Food Pantry and so many more! Our agents and our clients give back together to build stronger communities.
Professional Growth - We believe in education and personal development. Our agents are always encouraged to attend local, state, and national real estate conferences and events. We also support agents who complete designations and certifications - as we know that the more an agent knows, the better they can help their clients and the consumers. We provide opportunities for our agents to mentor others and participate in our sales meetings and training classes.
Team Adventures - As a close-knit team, we go on team adventures every quarter. These team-building events have included Axe-Throwing, Escape Rooms, Go-Carts, Putt Putt, Top Golf, and so much more! We also hold an Annual Team Retreat and Award Ceremony where we celebrate the accomplishments of the team and our agents.
